ASAP (Alliance for Population Health) defends Population Health Management with an emphasis on health and not disease, disseminating knowledge and good practices focused on health promotion and prevention, through data analysis, personalized interventions, prevention strategies, education in health, care coordination and encouraging integration between players in the health chain in the search for integrated care and reducing waste in the sector. A prism that absorbs diverse professionals, practices and knowledge, to then disseminate a comprehensive spectrum of actions and information, advantageous both for the future of the sector, and especially for patients.
